Lets you create a new VAD (View Arrangement Definition) file.

Opens when you click the New VAD File icon from the View Definition interface.

The following dialog displays to define a new file:

Enter a name for the VAD file into the dialog and click OK to save. The new file name will be the default in the VAD Name field in the View Definition area. Once the new file is created you can use the options displayed in the View Definition area to define the View Arrangement.
